Week 36

So much has happened since I last wrote. A certain book series had me occupied the week before last that I was reading it every change I got. Veer has full fledged started crawling. He even has started to try to lift himself up. The weekly photoshoot today was so challenging. He would flip over and start to crawl every opportunity he got. I had Hiral, Abooboo, and Dhaval help me distract him so I can get some shoots of him on his back. He was very cranky last week and even had a slight temperature at daycare one day. He must be getting his teeth because everything goes in his mouth right now. One day I saw him put a piece of tape in his mouth and when I tried to remove it, it kept his mouth shut. Veer finally met Colby last weekend and their exchange was really cute. Veer kept trying to touch Colby, but we know first hand that Veer doesn’t touch, he hits. Oh, Siddhi welcomed a baby boy on Friday. Arjun Shah. What a beautiful name and the baby is gorgeous. I can’t wait to meet him one day.

As everyone knows I turned 30 last Monday. It was a week long celebration for me. We had a family dinner at my parent’s house the day before my birthday. On the day of my birthday Anand, Veer and I celebrated at home. On Saturday night – Anand, Dhaval, Gops and I went out. And finally on Sunday we went to a winery for the last celebration. It was a long week but a fun week. The winery is absolutely beautiful and the wines are not half bad. I had forgotten how breathtaking it is up there.
